Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial services, ensuring consistent quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a safe work environment. Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement health and safety protocols aligned with hospitality industry regulations to protect staff and guests. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations as needed. Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments. Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial operations. Experience managing laundry services and maintaining high standards of hygiene across multiple areas. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, hotel operations, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with management of supplies, inventory control, and scheduling software is preferred.
