Job Purpose:

Support the Housekeeping Manager by supervising room attendants and ensuring clean, wellmaintained guest rooms that meet Company standards. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction through quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise room attendants and ensure timely, highquality room cleaningInspect checkout, stayover, VIP, and early makeup roomsMonitor room status and coordinate priorities with the Front DeskHandle shortnotice room change requestsMaintain inspection records and daily room status reportsPrepare and follow up on maintenance work ordersEnsure linen closets, carts, and equipment are clean and stockedAssist with linen inventory and safety complianceCoordinate with Engineering, Front Desk, and other departmentsTrain and support new housekeeping associatesEnsure all housekeeping policies and quality standards are metTake every opportunity to exceed guest expectationsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentHospitality experience preferredExperience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk most of the workdayLift up to 15 lbs regularly; push/pull carts up to 250 lbs occasionallyFrequent bending, stooping, and reachingProfessional appearance and reliable attendance requiredScheduleFlexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays The Henry Hotel is an Equal Opportunity employer.
