Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate our property's cleanliness and guest experience. In this vital role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of hospitality excellence. Your proactive approach and leadership will inspire a team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Duties Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules and staff assignments Ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to brand standards using effective cleaning and floor care techniques Supervise janitorial staff, providing training on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the property Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance Implement industrial cleaning practices for large-scale or specialized areas as needed Support the development of housekeeping procedures that promote efficiency and quality service Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning processes and standards Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface maintenance Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety practices in a hospitality setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with hospitality operations or hotel management is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort.
