Summary We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join Professional Building Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services tailored to their needs. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Inspecting buildings to maintain high quality of service Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients Training employees & managing your team Following task lists and cleaning schedules Participating in the nightly cleaning process Inventory and delivery of supplies Covering open shifts Floorcare Requirements At least 18 years old Ability to be moving or standing up to 8 hours Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to pass a background check Have reliable transportation and excellent communication skills Experience with managing cleaning crews of 10 or more.
