Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required The Hampton Inn Traverse City is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Inspector / Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest room and public area meets Hilton brand cleanliness standards . This is a leadership role for candidates who are detail-driven, experienced, and committed to excellence in hotel housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and ensure rooms are guest-ready Clean rooms as needed during high occupancy or staffing shortages Inspect public areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells) for cleanliness and presentation Lead, train, and coach housekeeping staff to meet Hilton brand standards Monitor productivity and prioritize room turnovers efficiently Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance staff Maintain accurate inspection logs and daily reports Ensure housekeeping carts, supply rooms, and storage areas are organized and fully stocked

Qualifications:

Previous Inspector or Supervisor experience preferred Strong knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards and inspection procedures Ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff effectively Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs Dependable, professional, and guest-focused
