Position Details Full-time (40 hours per week) Background check required Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the property. Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with company standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to promote efficient workflow. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff training, performance evaluations, and related documentation. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership abilities and a proven capacity to motivate and guide a team. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
