You'll be responsible, along with other housekeeping supervisors and management, for leading the housekeeping staff, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with cleaning supplies. Applicants should have hospitality experience, enjoy their work, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Compensation:

$18 per hour

Responsibilities:

Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills This position requires a high school diploma or GED Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment About Company The Lift Bridge Lodge is an independently owned hotel on the shores of Lake Superior.
