FT Head Housekeeper Trainer Schedule:
Must be available Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (May be released earlier if the day is completed and slow). Saturdays and Sundays are available for independent, qualified employees to earn $23 per hour.
Pay:
$20 per hour starting wage.

Referral Bonus Program Primary Responsibilities:
Clean scheduled homes on a daily basis when no there is no training scheduled Training all new employees on how to properly clean homes the Merry Maids way Overseeing all training and cleaning staff questions, concerns, etc. Leading them to be great! Assisting manager(s) on any staff meetings, stocking/replenishing products & supplies, laundry (daily cleaning cloths), misc back office tasks.
Occasional Responsibilities:
(During slower business periods) Quality checking homes to ensure staff is following the cleaning procedures as they were trained & customer satisfaction Following up on customers to ensure they are happy with our service Potential for office training; May be crossed trained on handling business calls and sales, back up office opener & closer
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED Valid Permanent Driver's License Reliable vehicle Current liability insurance on automobile Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable mobile phone for all communications (Call/Text) with the office staff Experience in customer service & sales Experience in team leadership and providing healthy feedback to employees Experience with Microsoft computers and applications: Word, Excel, Adobe & Google suite MM360 Salesforce experience is a plus! Strong and positive interpersonal skills Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a huge plus! Ability to multi-task and follow through each task with an attention to detail Ability to drive to several work site locations throughout the workday (
  • must have reliable vehicle for use).
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Ability to wash hard surface floors on hands and knees when needed.
