• Full-time Join a Growing Restoration Team We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead our contents restoration division.

This role is critical in managing pack-outs, cleaning operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction for insurance restoration projects. If you have experience in contents restoration and team leadership, this is a strong opportunity to step into a leadership role with growth potential. What You'll Do Lead and manage all contents operations: pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back Supervise and train contents technicians and crew leads Oversee inventory, tagging, and tracking of customer belongings Ensure high-quality cleaning using industry-standard methods (ultrasonic, ozone, deodorization, etc.) Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and mitigation teams Communicate directly with customers and insurance adjusters Assist with estimating and documentation using Xactimate Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment Enforce safety standards and follow Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification guidelines

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in insurance restoration, contents cleaning, general cleaning, or related field Leadership experience managing teams or crews Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with inventory systems and job documentation Valid driver's license

Preferred:

IICRC certifications (CPT or similar) Background in cleaning residential and/or commercial cleaning Background in textile, electronics, or specialty cleaning Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join Us?
