Full Job Description Overview:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Kahler Grand. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all housekeeping operations, including room cleanliness, public areas, and laundry services. Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and service standards. Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards. Manage the scheduling, payroll, and inventory of housekeeping staff and supplies. Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor budgets and control costs related to housekeeping supplies and staffing. Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $50,000 - $60,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
