Executive Housekeeper

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards across all areas Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence and safety procedures Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain high standards Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize efficiency Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and equipment use Collaborate with other departments to address special requests or maintenance issues promptly Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management with a strong background in hospitality environments Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team of housekeeping staff Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality industry requirements Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple areas Join us as an Executive Housekeeper and lead a passionate team dedicated to creating pristine environments that leave lasting impressions.
