Housekeeping Supervisor Part-Time/Full-Time, Seasonal Summer Position, or Long-Term Career Opportunity MT Lion Cleaning is seeking a dependable and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Big Sky. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, leading a team, and taking ownership of daily operations without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Lead and support housekeeping teams at vacation rental properties. Coordinate daily schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently. Conduct property inspections and maintain quality standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Communicate with management, homeowners, and guests as needed. Manage supplies, inventory, and property readiness. Provide hands-on support with cleaning duties when needed and lead by example. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable. Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards. Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred. Requirements Valid driver's license. Ability to communicate professionally with guests, team members, and management. Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays. Ability to perform physical work when needed.
