Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while meeting client needs and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance. Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively to maintain excellent service relationships. Enforce health and safety regulations diligently to create a secure working environment for staff and clients alike. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures. Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in a cleaning or hospitality setting. Knowledge of management principles related to scheduling, resource allocation, and team development. Familiarity with laundry processes, hotel housekeeping standards, or hospitality industry practices is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and client interactions.
