Job Description

Koniag Advisory Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor II for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act. We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor Lead to help lead daily housekeeping operations in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will support a team responsible for keeping patient care areas, public spaces, and support areas clean, safe, and ready for use. Responsibilities include:
Plan daily work assignments and help set team priorities Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff Provide orientation for new employees and refresher training for current staff Help ensure cleaning procedures are followed consistently Monitor quality and work with infection control and quality staff as needed Coordinate with the linen supplier to maintain clean linen availability Order supplies and help maintain housekeeping equipment Lead shift huddles and support a respectful, team-focused work environment Oversee cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, procedural areas, and support spaces Help support room turnover priorities and coordinate with other departments Assist with staffing coverage, schedules, and daily shift support Schedule and Reporting Structure Full-time position Shift work required, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Occasional on-call support may be needed during outbreaks or surge situations Reports to the Support Services/EVS Manager Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Supervisory or team lead experience in housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, facilities support, or a related field Ability to organize work, support staff, and maintain a clean and well-run environment Willingness to complete required supervisor and infection prevention training during onboarding Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in management, hospitality, or a related field, or comparable military/technical leadership experience Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection practices, including isolation or terminal cleaning workflows Experience supporting multiple shifts or fast-paced operations Familiarity with inspections, audits, or quality improvement activities Relevant environmental services or healthcare support training is a plus Working Conditions Hospital environment on Tribal lands; frequent work in occupied patient care areas with sensitive situations. Shift work required (days/evenings/nights), rotating weekends/holidays; occasional extended hours for outbreaks, weather impacts, or surge events. Exposure to chemicals, biohazards, and noise; required use of PPE. Regular walking/standing; frequent interaction with patients, families, and clinical staff.
