What You'll Do:
You'll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, focusing on:
Leading Your Team:
Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
Ensuring Impeccable Standards:
Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
Operational Efficiency:
Manage budgets, optimize staffing, control inventory, and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
Guest Satisfaction:
Promptly address guest concerns and implement programs to enhance their experience.
We're Looking For:
3+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
