Houskeeping Supervisor

Job Overview ATMK Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for hospitality and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires effective management of housekeeping tasks, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to guests and clients. Duties Ensure proper cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards. Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Train new employees Maintain and adhere to brand standards Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance overall guest experience. Implement best practices in custodial management to promote a safe and healthy environment. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing cleaning tasks. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
