Job Description

Want a summer job with a great team and a chance to work around some of the area's most beautiful vacation homes? McClure Realty Vacations is hiring reliable and detail-oriented team members to assist with our seasonal property inspections on Ocean Isle Beach. Our inspectors serve as the final quality check before guests arrive. You'll visit homes after they have been cleaned, carefully reviewing each property to ensure it is ready for check-in. From checking that rooms are properly prepared to handling minor touch-ups when needed, you'll help make sure every guest walks into a home that meets our standards.
Responsibilities:
Complete final inspections of vacation rental properties Confirm homes are clean, organized, and prepared for guest arrivals Report any issues that require attention Light cleaning or straightening as needed
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is required Must be available on Saturdays from Memorial Day through Labor Day Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Background check required for all applicants
Pay:
$12.50 per home inspected
