Head Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels and foster a positive team environment Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a focus on exceptional service Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives during low occupancy periods Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership within hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations Ability to train staff on proper cleaning methods and equipment use effectively Exceptional communication skills to liaise with management, staff, and guests confidently Join us as a Head Housekeeper if you're passionate about creating pristine environments that elevate guest experiences!
