Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Services Professional, Where you will participate in a team, or on your own, cleaning Airbnb properties or commercial properties. Cleaning duties consist of all aspects of care for Airbnb and commercial buildings. Pay rate varies based on the property that you're cleaning, your efficiency, effectiveness, punctuality, dependability, and experience. Or join our team as a Team Leader/ Manager professional, where you will lead and oversee comprehensive cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. Your energetic approach will ensure spaces are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming, while managing a team of skilled cleaners and janitorial staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain pristine environments that promote health and safety. Your expertise in cleaning techniques, customer service, and team leadership will drive the success of our cleaning initiatives. Manager Duties Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including residential homes, Airbnb, offices, and commercial facilities Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Perform quality inspections to guarantee adherence to sanitation standards and cleanliness protocols Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and availability Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Implement health and safety regulations related to custodial work and maintain compliance with industry standards Skills Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial management within residential or commercial environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation, and laundry services Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Familiarity with various housekeeping operations, or hospitality industry standards is a plus Skilled in Cleaning, as well as management Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces!
