Housekeeper/House Manager for a Family near Winston Salem, NC

We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, detail-oriented, and discreet Housekeeper / Mother's Helper to help maintain a private family home in Winston-Salem, NC to an exceptional standard. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for a mature and reliable professional who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and smoothly run household environment. The ideal candidate will work with quiet efficiency, sound judgment, and the utmost respect for privacy, as confidentiality and discretion are essential in this role. Responsibilities include hands-on housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe care, ironing, light meal preparation and kitchen support, household organization, inventory management, grocery and prescription provisioning, running errands, coordinating vendors and service providers, overseeing periodic cleaning services or additional household staff, assisting with travel preparation and guests, supporting family-related driving needs, and providing pet care assistance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in private residences, formal households, or other service-oriented environments that require discretion and attention to detail. They should be highly organized, proactive, able to anticipate needs with minimal direction, maintain a calm and professional demeanor, and demonstrate strong responsibility, consistency, and follow-through. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
