In this pivotal role, you will coordinate a team of housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors alike. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence in service delivery. Duties Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high productivity levels Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of duties Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to verify quality standards are met Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources Implement safety procedures related to janitorial work, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-clean initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within hospitality or industrial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team Familiarity with janitorial equipment, industrial cleaning tools, and safety protocols Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting Prior experience in hospitality or hotel operations is required Join us as a Housekeeping Manager and lead our team toward delivering spotless environments that delight guests and uphold our reputation for excellence.
