Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and organization? Do you have experience in supervising a team and managing laundry operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Laundry Supervisor at our Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND! As a Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry department, ensuring that all linens and towels are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Experience preferred in managing a team of laundry attendants and ensuring that all laundry processes are completed efficiently and effectively. Experience preferred in maintaining inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment, as well as handling any maintenance or repair issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success of our laundry department. Experience preferred in scheduling and delegating tasks to ensure that all laundry processes are completed in a timely manner and that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality control standards to uphold the reputation of our hotel. Experience preferred in implementing and enforcing safety and sanitation protocols to create a clean and healthy environment for our team members and guests. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards. Experience preferred in collaborating with other hotel departments to coordinate laundry services and meet the needs of our guests. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a positive guest experience at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo.
