Bison Group is recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a leading workforce housing and hospitality organization. This position oversees housekeeping and laundry operations at a remote lodge, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, safety, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead housekeeping supervisors and large hourly teams. Manage department budgets, labor, linen, chemicals, and supplies. Oversee room assignments, inspections, turnover, and laundry operations. Maintain inventory, quality standards, and safety compliance. Coordinate staffing, training, maintenance, and operational reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of housekeeping or facility services experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. Experience managing budgets, inventory, and high-volume operations. Remote-site or workforce housing experience strongly preferred. Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and urinalysis.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 annually.

Rotation:

5 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Free housing, meals, laundry, and gym access while on rotation.
