Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.
Starting Salary:
$40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience Performance review after 90 days Key Responsibilities Create daily housekeeping boards and assign rooms. Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff. Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality. Monitor room status and communicate closely with the front desk. Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory. Help with laundry and clean guest rooms when business levels require it. Respond promptly to guest concerns and maintenance issues. Maintain Holiday Inn brand standards and hotel safety procedures. Control labor while ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready on time. Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed. Position Requirements Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience is strongly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be available to work weekends, as they are our busiest days. Must be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example. Must be comfortable working alongside the team and helping wherever needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and manage changing priorities. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform the physical duties associated with housekeeping. This is a hands-on leadership position. The right candidate will set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and step in to help ensure every room is clean, inspected, and ready for our guests.
