Night & Weekend Commercial Cleaning Manager - Experienced / Seasoned Leader Attention To Detail Janitorial Services is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Night & Weekend Commercial Cleaning Manager to join our team. This is a leadership position for someone who is seasoned in the commercial cleaning/janitorial industry and understands what quality work looks like. We are looking for someone who can manage a staff, inspect their work, hold the team accountable, and also work alongside them when needed. This position is not just about making sure the job gets done — it is about making sure the job gets done right. The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 5 years of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience Have previous experience managing or supervising cleaning staff Be seasoned, dependable, and confident in leading a team Know how to check quality and spot the details others may miss Be comfortable working nights and weekends Be willing to work alongside the team Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and management Take pride in completing work thoroughly and correctly Be organized, reliable, and able to problem-solve in the field Have a valid driver's license and vehicle Responsibilities include: Managing nighttime and weekend cleaning staff Checking employee work for quality and completion Training, guiding, and supporting team members Working alongside staff when needed to ensure jobs are completed properly Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners properly Restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper Following safety procedures and ensuring products are used correctly Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, supply needs, or employee issues to management Making sure accounts are cleaned to Attention To Detail standards Communicating with management regarding job progress, concerns, and team performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years commercial cleaning/janitorial experience Management or supervisory experience required Strong attention to detail Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available nights and weekends We primarily service
Ocean and Monmouth Counties Pay:
$19-$23 per hour, based on experience and position We are not looking for someone to simply "fill a spot."
