Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead the charge in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure that all guest areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and superior cleanliness standards Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence in cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain smooth workflow Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold quality standards Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and oversee staff performance to optimize productivity and teamwork Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment Skills Proven supervising experience within housekeeping or custodial services in hospitality or commercial settings Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning, laundry operations, and custodial duties Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and inventory Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests alike Familiarity with management practices related to housekeeper supervision, quality control, and safety procedures
