Housekeeping Supervisor Directly Reports To:

Housekeeping Manager Status:

Exempt Description Directs the operations of the Housekeeping Department throughout Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino. Achieves the best customer satisfaction while maintaining and achieving goals. Responsible to effectively operate a high standard of cleanliness for all guests. This includes spending 90% of their time on the floor, interacting with guest and employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily inventory sheets Inspect employees work Deep cleaning Training new employees Inter-department communication Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to operate in a directed team effort Professional demeanor and appearance Attention to and respect for confidentiality Ability to maintain a schedule that requires occasional shift change Computer literate Ability to effectively read, write and speak English Previous supervisor experience
