• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to assist with leading our housekeeping team and ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager, helping with room inspections, training new hires, and coverage for Housekeeping Manager on off-days.

• Duties:

• Help maintain effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the facility meet the expected standards.
• Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order and are being used efficiently.
• Develop and manage the housekeeping budget to ensure that costs are minimized and the budget is being utilized effectively.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
• Monitor and control the usage of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are being used efficiently and that waste is minimized.
• Maintain all necessary cleaning protocols to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities are cleaned to the highest standards and are available for occupancy at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and to increase the efficiency of the housekeeping team.

• Skills:

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management.
• Experience with industrial cleaning and custodial practices.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.
• Experience with floor care and cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work flexibly and to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cleaning and maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
