What You'll Do (Your Impact) Lead a Top in Class Housekeeping Team Build, schedule, and lead a high-performing housekeeping team across apartments, common areas, and shared spaces Set clear expectations and coach your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results Train, develop, and retain team members who take pride in their work and care for residents Conduct regular quality checks and elevate standards continuously Create a Safe, Welcoming Environment Ensure all resident and community spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained Champion safe practices, including proper chemical use and emergency procedures Partner with Maintenance and Sales teams to prepare apartments for new residents Drive Operational Excellence Manage inventory and ordering of supplies within budget Oversee laundry services for residents and community needs Set monthly goals that go beyond routine cleaning to elevate the overall environment Support Residents with Care and Responsiveness Welcome new residents by walking them through housekeeping services and expectations Respond to requests, concerns, and special needs with professionalism and empathy Stay attentive to resident well-being and communicate any concerns to leadership What Makes You a Great Fit Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping or environmental services team Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, organized spaces Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety practices, and operational efficiency Professional, dependable, and collaborative approach A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors What You Can Expect A role where your leadership directly impacts resident experience A team culture rooted in Legendary Hospitality, Teamwork, and Leadership The opportunity to build something meaningful—not just maintain it Varied schedule to ensure coverage and support across all days of the week Our Commitment At Senior Star, every associate plays a role in creating a community where people feel known, supported, and at home.
