Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, industrial cleaning, and hospitality management.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
