Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations Implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to maximize productivity and coverage Address guest requests or complaints promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a focus on supervisory roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Good organizational skills for managing supplies, schedules, and inspections Effective communication skills for training staff and interacting with guests Join us in creating a pristine environment where guests feel valued and comfortable!
