Duties Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the property Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest service Oversee cleaning routines, including floor care, surface sanitation, laundry services, and specialized industrial cleaning tasks Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and linen stock to optimize operational efficiency Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep of facilities and cleaning equipment Monitor staff performance through evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to foster professional growth Ensure adherence to all safety protocols related to custodial work, chemical handling, and industrial cleaning procedures Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment with a strong background in cleaning, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning Extensive knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and custodial best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Excellent communication skills for training staff and collaborating across departments Relevant certifications in housekeeping management or related fields are a plus Join us as an Executive Housekeeping Manager where your energy-driven leadership will elevate our property's cleanliness standards while creating a welcoming environment for guests.
