Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning and custodial team. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning quality across all areas including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house facilities Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain seamless operations Lead by example in performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and waste removal Address guest requests or complaints promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and uphold service excellence Experience Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and standards Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment maintenance Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and workplace safety Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
