Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head-Housekeeping Manager to lead and elevate our housekeeping operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and custodial services across our facilities, ensuring a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient execution of cleaning and sanitation tasks across all areas of the facility Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a hygienic environment Oversee industrial cleaning procedures, including heavy-duty cleaning tasks in commercial or large-scale facilities Manage janitorial operations, including laundry services and custodial supplies, ensuring timely and quality service delivery Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation quality; address any deficiencies promptly Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a professional team environment Coordinate staffing schedules, assign duties, and supervise team performance to optimize productivity and morale Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping management within hospitality, commercial, or industrial settings Extensive custodial and janitorial experience with a strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training, and conflict resolution Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques used in large-scale or specialized environments Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, clients, and other departments Prior experience overseeing laundry operations or related hospitality services is advantageous Knowledge of management best practices in cleaning & sanitation management to ensure compliance with health standards Join us as we strive for excellence in cleanliness and customer satisfaction!
