Willamette View is searching for a passionate Environmental Services Manager to help bring our mission of Inspiring the Art of Living Well to life every day. In this role, you'll lead the team that creates a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can truly thrive. Your work will directly shape the experience of our community—ensuring every space reflects the care, dignity, and attention to detail that define Willamette View. As a hands-on leader, you'll guide housekeeping and laundry operations across campus, setting high standards while supporting and developing your team. From coordinating schedules and training staff to overseeing campus-wide cleaning and event set-ups, you'll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also play a key role in building a positive, engaged team culture—hiring, coaching, and empowering staff to take pride in the important work they do. This role is perfect for someone who is both organized and people-centered. You'll manage budgets, supplies, and equipment while also building strong relationships with residents, responding to their needs, and ensuring their comfort. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in large-scale housekeeping and laundry services, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role, with demonstrated leadership ability. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, as well as applicable state health and fire safety regulations, gained through prior work experience or specialized training. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting; strong organizational and prioritization skills required. Experience working with an aging population preferred. Ability to build positive relationships with staff and residents while maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to respond effectively and promptly to issues and challenges. Valid Oregon driver's license required. Willamette View participates in E-Verify. We will use E-Verify to confirm your eligibility to work in the United States.
