W-2 with Full Benefits-A private family located on the Main Line of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly professional Executive Housekeeper to join their household team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a career private-service professional who takes tremendous pride in maintaining a luxury residence to exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in high-end private homes and be comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day housekeeping operation while working collaboratively with additional household staff. Schedule & Household Team-The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. The household utilizes multiple housekeepers to ensure appropriate coverage throughout the day. The Executive Housekeeper will primarily work the daytime schedule, while another housekeeper provides evening coverage. A separate housekeeper will provide weekend coverage. The Executive Housekeeper should be an excellent team player and comfortable helping oversee, coordinate, and maintain consistent standards among the housekeeping staff.Responsibilities:
The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining the residence at an executive/luxury level, including:- Daily and detailed cleaning of the residence
- Deep cleaning and maintaining an ongoing deep-cleaning schedule
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Detailed cleaning of baseboards, moldings, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas
- Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and guest spaces to impeccable standards
- Exceptional laundry and garment-care skills, including washing, drying, ironing, steaming, folding, and proper organization
- Proper care of fine linens, delicate fabrics, and high-quality garments
- Closet and linen organization
- Bed making and changing linens
- Maintaining household supplies and notifying the appropriate person when items need to be replenished
- Helping oversee other housekeepers and ensuring household standards are consistently followed
- Communicating effectively with other household staff and working together as a cohesive team
- Identifying areas requiring additional attention without needing to be directed
- Maintaining complete discretion, professionalism, and respect for the family's privacy
Travel & Summer Schedule:
The family travels down south approximately 5-6 times throughout the year, and ideally the Executive Housekeeper will be willing and able to accompany them. Candidates who cannot travel for every trip may still be considered if they are able to assist with approximately half of the family's travel.The family also spends time in the Hamptons during the summer. Ideally, the Executive Housekeeper will be willing to travel to Hamptons with the family.

- Significant professional housekeeping experience within luxury private residences
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Lead Housekeeper, or senior member of a household team
- Experience overseeing or coordinating other housekeeping staff
- Exceptional laundry, ironing, steaming, and garment-care skills
- Strong knowledge of deep-cleaning techniques and proper care of high-end surfaces and materials
- Extremely high attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate household needs
- A team-oriented attitude with no "that's not my job" mentality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and longevity in previous positions
- Willingness to wear a professional household uniform
- Flexibility to travel when possible
