PVK Hotel LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Head Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping department. Position Summary The Head Housekeeper is responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate staff, maintain quality standards, manage daily operations, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team. Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand compliance. Manage daily work schedules and room assignments. Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean, inspected, and ready for arriving guests. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns. Coach employees through ongoing training and performance evaluations. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing housekeeping staff. Maintain accurate housekeeping reports and productivity records. Step in and assist with room cleaning whenever needed to ensure daily goals are met. Ensure lost-and-found procedures are properly followed. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience required. Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Weekend and holiday availability required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
