Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, floor care, and room projects Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of cleaning services Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Address guest requests or complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Experience Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings Previous supervisory or housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence Ability to lead a team with energy, motivation, and clear communication skills Join us to lead a vibrant housekeeping team dedicated to creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions. Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
