Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our dedicated cleaning team. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial tasks Lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Implement and monitor safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld and identify areas for improvement Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules, assign duties, and optimize operational efficiency Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality, commercial, or industrial settings Strong background in cleaning, sanitation management, and industrial or commercial cleaning practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels Experience overseeing janitorial operations, laundry services, or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest or client experiences Previous management or team supervision experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred Join us in creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions!
