Housekeeping Supervisor Full Time | $15.00 per hour | Holiday Inn Express, Mt. Pleasant, PA We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Holiday Inn Express Mt. Pleasant. This is a part time or full-time role (24-40 hours per week) in a 68-room property where standards matter and you will play a direct part in the experience every guest has. What You Will Do Supervise and support the housekeeping team on a daily basis, keeping rooms turning on time Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Holiday Inn Express brand standards Manage the laundry operation, including washing, drying, and linen turnaround Maintain par levels for cleaning supplies and place orders when stock runs low Plan and oversee the deep cleaning program across all room types Coordinate with the front desk on room priorities, early arrivals, and special requests Train new team members and support ongoing coaching of existing staff Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved promptly What We Are Looking For Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, with some supervisory or lead experience preferred Able to manage time well and keep the team on track during busy periods Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude Comfortable using basic computer systems and checklists Physically able to perform the full range of housekeeping duties What We Offer $15.00 per hour, full-time hours IHG employee room discount program A supportive team environment with consistent leadership Opportunity to grow within the
