Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Room Inspector, where your keen eye for detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure our guests enjoy pristine, comfortable accommodations. In this vital role, you will oversee the quality and safety standards of guest rooms and public spaces, maintaining the highest levels of hospitality excellence. Your leadership skills will help coordinate cleaning teams and uphold our commitment to outstanding guest experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hotel environment while developing your management and custodial expertise. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel standards Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to maintain efficient cleaning operations Verify that all cleaning tasks—including industrial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial duties—are completed to high standards Enforce safety regulations during cleaning procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols Identify maintenance issues or safety hazards during inspections and report them promptly for resolution Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and staff performance to support quality assurance efforts Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Supervising or team management experience in hotel cleaning environments Knowledge of safety regulations related to janitorial services, industrial cleaning, and hotel operations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Hands-on experience with laundry operations and custodial tasks within a hospitality setting is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every room meets our rigorous standards. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
