Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleanliness standards. Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and customer service protocols. Monitor cleaning processes including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and sanitation management to maintain optimal hygiene levels. Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation standards are met or exceeded. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment. Enforce safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety to protect staff and guests alike. Foster a positive team environment through effective management communication, leadership, and motivation strategies. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial environments. Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and janitorial work. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service. Experience with management of cleaning & sanitation operations in both hospitality settings and large-scale facilities. Knowledge of safety regulations related to workplace cleanliness, chemical handling, and equipment use. Leadership skills with the ability to train staff, delegate tasks efficiently, and resolve operational issues promptly.
