Quality Services Now is a fast-growing residential and rental-turnover cleaning company known for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service. We're looking for a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help lead daily operations.
Position:
Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff during daily operations Ensure all residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and deep cleanings meet company quality standards Perform cleaning duties as needed Oversee schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely job completion Communicate with clients and management regarding updates or concerns Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct site inspections for quality control Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of supervisor or management experience Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) Valid driver's license Comfortable using phone apps for scheduling & communication Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
