The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere through meticulous housekeeping practices. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and quality of work. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and guests alike. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas of responsibility.
