What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Room Attendant experience 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector Experience working in a hotel environment Familiarity with hotel management systems Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Push or pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout shifts Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to OSHA standards Ideal Candidate Traits Exceptional attention to detail Strong leadership abilities Customer-focused mindset Dependable and organized Problem solver with a positive attitude Passionate about hospitality and teamwork
