Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties:

Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks Oversee staff on a daily basis Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence, manage labor expense and overall budget for department Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

1 year of Housekeeping supervisor experience knowledgeable of housekeeping practices and procedures in the long-term care facility preferred Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the
