Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks across all areas of the property Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while ensuring timely completion of tasks Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and hotel or facility policies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Implement and oversee commercial cleaning procedures using appropriate tools and environmentally friendly products Address guest or staff concerns promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and uphold the facility's reputation Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial settings Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and custodial best practices Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us in creating an environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
