Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our hotel or hospitality facility, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver top-tier service, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to shape the standards of hospitality cleanliness and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures that promote efficiency and consistency across all areas of the property. Oversee daily cleaning operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry services, and custodial tasks, ensuring all areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement to maintain operational readiness. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Handle guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally, resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies to foster a skilled and compliant team environment. Skills Must be Bilingual Extensive experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles within hospitality or hotel settings. Proven supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities; able to motivate teams toward shared goals. Solid management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of laundry operations and commercial cleaning practices specific to hospitality environments. Familiarity with hotel industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence. Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and guest interaction. Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques while maintaining safety protocols.
