Summary As an Executive Housekeeper at Homewood Suites by Hilton, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards. Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
