Job Description

Join our newly managed housekeeping team at Wyndham Smoky Mountains Resort! We're seeking friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspectors to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Inspect Guest Rooms:
Inspect guest rooms after housekeepers have performed cleaning duties to ensure that all HHS cleaning standards are achieved.
Provide Training:
Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service.
Monitor Appearance:
Monitor the appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies.
Follow Procedures:
Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
Provide Excellent Service:
Provide friendly and kind service to all guests.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.

Physical Requirements Mobility:
Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift.
Lifting:
Capable of pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lbs.) on both tile and carpeted floors.
Chemical Handling:
Must handle cleaning chemicals, including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.
Equipment Operation:
Proficient in operating equipment necessary for essential job functions.
